Understanding our returns and cancellation policies for memberships, services, and B2B transactions on BazarGPT platform.

1. INTRODUCTION

This Returns and Cancellation Policy governs the relationship between Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited (operating as "BazarGPT" or the "Platform") and its Users (Buyers and Sellers).

BazarGPT operates as a B2B match-making platform. It is important to distinguish between (A) Services provided by BazarGPT to its registered members (e.g., Subscription Plans, Lead Credits) and (B) Goods/Services traded between Users (Buyers and Sellers) on the Platform.

2. CANCELLATION OF BAZARGPT MEMBERSHIPS / SERVICES

This section applies to paid subscriptions, advertisement packages, or verification services purchased directly from Quasar Pulse Technology Private Limited.

Right to Refuse/Cancel

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse a new membership or cancel an existing membership at any time.
  • If the Company refuses a new or renewing membership due to internal policy reasons (and not due to a violation by the User), the registrant will be eligible for a refund of the paid amount.
  • If a membership is cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., posting prohibited content, fraud), no refund will be issued.

User-Initiated Cancellation

  • Users may request the cancellation of their subscription services by contacting our support team.
  • Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be received via email or phone prior to the service renewal date.
  • Refund Eligibility: Generally, fees paid for subscription packages are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except where explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.

Processing

  • Valid refund requests will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card/Bank Transfer) used during the transaction.

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF GOODS (BUYER-SELLER TRANSACTIONS)

BazarGPT is an intermediary platform. We do not own, manufacture, stock, or sell the goods listed by third-party sellers on the website. Therefore, the Platform does not offer a universal return or cancellation policy for goods.

Independent Agreement

All terms regarding the sale, delivery, return, and cancellation of goods are strictly between the Buyer and the Seller. BazarGPT is not a party to these transactions.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are strongly advised to clarify the return policy, warranty, and cancellation terms with the Seller before making any payment or finalizing an order.

General Guidelines for Goods

  • Standard Goods: Cancellation policies typically allow for cancellation within a specific window (e.g., before shipment), subject to the Seller's terms.
  • Custom/Tailor-Made Items: Goods that are manufactured specifically to a Buyer's specifications (OEM/ODM) are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed, as they cannot be resold.

Disputes: While BazarGPT encourages Users to resolve disputes amicably, the Company is not liable to mediate or settle disputes regarding product quality, delivery delays, or refunds between Users.

4. EVENTS AND EXHIBITIONS

If BazarGPT organizes physical or virtual events, the following applies:

Event Policies

  • Event Cancellation by Company: If the Company cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  • Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, the Company may offer a transfer of registration to the new date or a refund, at its discretion.
  • Participant Cancellation: Cancellations received from participants after the specified cutoff date for an event will not be eligible for a refund.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

For any approved refunds concerning BazarGPT services:

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 working days after the request is approved.

Bank Transfer

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank's processing speed.
